Tennis For Kids desires to protect the rights of people who may not want photos, audio, or video recordings with their recognizable image to be published in print or electronic media associated with the non-profit organization. Therefore, Tennis For Kids will encourage the following practices:
- We will place a notice in our flyers that indicates we take and use photos of our events for publication in print and electronic media and provide a contact for anyone with personal concerns.
- All Tennis For Kids Instructors should incorporate a photo release form into their normal registration process for all participants. Some exceptions will be made due to the privacy needs of some groups.
- Because of the above practices, photographers will not need to get individual photo releases while shooting photos for Tennis For Kids events and activities
- Photographers will not take photos of the person who indicates at the time to the photographer that he/she does not want to be photographed.

I, undersigned, do for myself, heirs, executors and assignees, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against the Tennis For Kids Directors, their agents or authorized representatives, any municipality or school district for any and all injuries which may be suffered by my son or daughter while participating in Tennis For Kids activities at home or away. In Addition, I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Tennis For Kids , its agents and employees against any loss, including attorney fees, suffered as a result of any claim filed on behalf of my son or daughter.

Register at the site location of your choice. Please note that the program now runs Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 am to 11:00 am from June 11 through July 11, 2024 weather permitting and unless otherwise determined.

Loganville will continue to run Monday, Wednesday, Friday. South Western will run Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.

York Suburban Middle and High School will not be open this year and children can go to York College or Penn State York. York Suburban is now charging for their courts.

Windsor Wonderland will not be available this year and children can go to Dallastown instead as their courts are being redone.

Spring Grove will not be available this year and children can go to West York or Dover as their courts are being redone.

Susquehannock will not be available this year. Please choose another site nearby.

We apologize for this inconvenience and hope we have all of these sites open for 2025.

Opening the “door” into the world of tennis and working with children has been the perfect way for this retired teacher to spend 5 weeks each summer for the last 10+ years.
